Sabitha Rahim is an educator, researcher, and teacher trainer with a deep commitment to advancing meaningful learning and professional development in education.She holds a Doctorate in Education along with Master’s degree in English Literature, graduating as a Gold Medalist. Her academic and professional preparation includes internationally recognized qualifications such as the Cambridge CELTA, Train-the-Trainer certification, and formal training in teacher education and pedagogical development.

Beyond classroom teaching, Sabitha has played an active leadership role in teacher development. As Professional Development Committee Coordinator, and the coordinator for PD at Centre for Excellence in ELT (CPELT) at the English Language Institute, King Abdulaziz University, she designed and facilitated professional learning initiatives aimed at strengthening instructional practice and supporting faculty growth.

Sabitha has taught English and academic communication across diverse educational settings, including International Indian School Jeddah (IISJ) and the English Language Institute at King Abdulaziz University (KAU). She also served as an Academic Counsellor with ATEICO in Jeddah, working closely with postgraduate students in English studies.
